We specialize in curated selections of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and other gourmet delights. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Store Lead.

Position Overview: The Store Lead at Grazing Haus will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This dynamic individual will lead a team of board artists, delivery and inventory specialists, and other staff members, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the owner and CEO, the Store Lead will play a key role in implementing strategies to increase sales, including community outreach, marketing initiatives, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations at Grazing Haus, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of board artists, delivery and inventory specialists, and other staff members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the owner and CEO to develop and implement strategies for sales growth, including community outreach, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Take ownership of ordering all products for the store, managing inventory levels, and scheduling staff according to business needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with various projects and tasks assigned by management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the retail or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
