I agree to the Cancellation and Refund Policy: Our planning process for each cheese + charcuterie board order begins the moment it is received. By purchasing this product, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total on this transaction is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a 50% refund, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to GRAZINGHAUS@GMAIL.COM 48hrs before the scheduled order date. No refunds will be issued to cancellations requested less than 48hrs of the scheduled order date.

I agree to the Delivery Policy: Our delivery service is based on your zip code distance from our shop (anytime between 10 am -5 pm & will be added on automatically at checkout. Your product/s can arrive at any time within this delivery window. If you require your product(s) within a specific time frame, we offer the below services for your convenience (please note the below costs are additional to the delivery fee of your zip code):Morning delivery (between 9am- midday) +$20 Afternoon delivery (between 12 pm - 4pm) +$5. It is also the responsibility of the gift giver to notify the recipient of their perishable good. Failure to communicate with recipient and an issue with delivery arises, Grazing Haus assumes no fault for any undeliverable good.
