A curated start to the week
Mondays at the Haus are for resetting, planning, and gathering a little inspiration for the week ahead. This moodboard is a snapshot of what I’m loving, cooking, thinking about, and saving right now — a small collection of ideas to ease into the week with intention.
Consider this your permission to start slow, plan simply, and enjoy what’s ahead.

Galentines Brunch Edition

I have forever been that girl who pins and saves all the beautiful things on the internet with the intent of making those saves a reality. On the other hand, I've become a little bit of a workaholic, building the GH brand over the last 7 years. So with age comes wisdom right? My wisdom is settling in finally, and I am happily entering my hosting era. I am proud to share the details of my 2026 Galentines Brunch this weekend! I hope this inspires you to make the time for the people you love (and yes natually my love language is TIME, although you probably could have guessed that).
1. The Charcuterie Cart turned Bloom Bar
Teaching and sharing is a part of who I am. As I have been honing in on my floral arrangement skills, I thought what better way to have fun than to bring a bloom bar activity to brunch with the girls! I present to you the Grazing Haus Bloom Bar, and she was a hit. The real question is, should I add this to the rental offerings?

2. Signature Cocktail: The Lillet Rose Spritz
This Batched Cocktail Recipe Makes 12 Drinks
Ingredients:
- 18 oz Lillet Rose
- 12 oz Esme Gin *you can also use vodka of choice*
- 12 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 6 oz Lime Juice
- Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
- Rosemary Garnish
Directions:
- Combine all non-sparkling ingredients in a serving container up to 24 hours before serving.
- Add ice to glass of choice (we used coupes, wine glasses also work)
- Fill the glass about 1/2 way with pre mixed cocktail
- Top with Tonic and Rosemary Garnish, Enjoy!
I also made a second batch using Lillet Blanc and Vodka, for those who did not like gin!

3. Dresscode
I kept it super simple, please wear something that is pink, red, or floral.
4. Outdoor Decor
The weather turned out to be perfect for a patio party! Decorating with a few heart-shaped floats and floating balloons in the pool was the idea and I am thrilled with how they turned out! I will be sharing a balloon tutorial later this week, but in the meantime, can I just say how much I love my husband for making my dreams come true?

5. The BEST Amazon Patio Table
The girls were shocked that the table for the patio was an AMAZON FIND! I love this table - it has 2 hidden expansion leafs that tuck underneath it. I had it out at full extension and we had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Everyone was shocked that I found it on Amazon. It's been on the patio for over 6 months now and I am so impressed with how it's holding up here in SWFL. If you're looking for a new table I would highly recommend this one.
