Monday Moodboard at the Haus
A curated start to the week
Mondays at the Haus are for resetting, planning, and gathering a little inspiration for the week ahead. This moodboard is a snapshot of what I’m loving, cooking, thinking about, and saving right now — a small collection of ideas to ease into the week with intention.
Consider this your permission to start slow, plan simply, and enjoy what’s ahead.
This Week’s Moodboard

What’s on the Board This Week
1. One Pot - 45 Minute South West Chicken Soup
I literally threw this together from my brain and because it was FREEZING and I wanted something warm and wholesome to start the week. Check out the recipe!
2. Cold Weather = Red Wine
Jeremy and I enjoyed a bottle of my VGS Wine (visited them on a trip to California and fell in love). Of course, I had to decant it using my favorite and inexpensive wine decanter properly.
3. House Project: Built-in Grill
Over the weekend our built in grill got one step closer to completion! (this was started June 2025 :P) I am loving how everything is coming togeher. The granite counter tops are a leathered black we purchased locally from Afforable Marble and Granite (tell them Ali Eck sent you!) The tile for the face was purchased at Floor and Decor and I LOVE how its tying into the shellstone pavers. Next up - floating shelves left and right.
4. Grazing Haus Hits the Road (Hello Ocala)
I made a special trip to Ocala for a 30th Birthday! Thanks to the Juniper General Store for hosting and allowing me to come in and work my magic. If you didn't know, I am the token horse girl friend. My old man Sy lives in Ocala under the watchful eye of my best friend. He is living his retired life and couldn't be happier. I was thrilled to take any excuse to go up and see him. The table was also a huge hit, but you already knew that.

5. Wild Pastures: Regenerative and American Raised
I am telling everyone about my new obsession with Wild Pastures' services. I have been scouring the internet for a CLEAN, QUALITY, and regenerative butcher to purchase from. I have to say Wild Pastures is so incredibly impressive. I've only had the sugar free dye free bacon and it blew my socks off. If you use this LINK you'll get $20off your first box! It's worth the investment to eat wholesome, healthy, clean food for my family, you should try it too!
