Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

Sancerre energy… without the Sancerre price.

This is one of my favorite “if you know, you know” wines. It’s from the Loire Valley (same region as Sancerre), made from the same grape—but way more approachable in price.

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Style: Dry
Taste: Citrus, grapefruit, green apple, subtle minerality, clean finish

If you like:

• Sancerre → this is your everyday version
• New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc → similar brightness, but softer and more elegant
• Pinot Grigio → but with way more personality

Grazing Haus Pairing:
Goat cheese (classic), herbed cheeses, olives, seafood, anything fresh + light

Fun Fact:
Touraine is basically Sancerre’s neighbor—same grape, same climate, just less hype (and a better price tag).
